Where we deliver
We deliver across the UK and to most countries worldwide.
When your order is sent
- In-stock items, including Rainbow Laces, mugs, bottles and posters, are usually sent within 1–2 working days.
- T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and vests are printed to order. They're usually sent within 2–5 working days.
- Pre-order items are sent from the date shown on the product page.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 4pm, or at the weekend, are processed from the next working day.

International orders usually arrive 5–10 working days after we send them.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the price or delivery cost. If a parcel is refused or returned because these charges weren't paid, we'll refund the items, less the original and return delivery costs.
Tracking
We'll email you when your order is on its way, with tracking where the service includes it.

Something wrong with your delivery?
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (UK) or 20 working days (international), email merchandise@stonewall.org.uk with your order number and we'll look into it with the courier.
