Using these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on the shop. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.
Your order
- When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. This isn't yet acceptance.
- A contract between you and us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been sent.
- If we can't fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies.
- Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
- We take payment when you place your order.
- If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before sending the order. You can then confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Products
- We try to show colours and designs accurately, but screens vary and printed items can differ slightly from the photos.
- Sizes are given as a guide.
- Many clothing items are printed to order, which is why they can take a little longer to send.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are paid for when you order and sent from the date shown on the product page. If that date changes, we'll let you know, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Fulfilment
Orders are packed and sent on our behalf by our merchandise and fulfilment partner.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return and get a refund are set out in our Refund policy and aren't affected by these terms.
Our responsibility to you
- We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill.
- We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- We supply products for domestic and private use. We're not responsible for business losses.
Events beyond our control
We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier or postal disruption, severe weather or supplier failure. We'll let you know, and you can cancel for a refund if the delay is significant.
Your information
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
